2. Access and information on the website
The public website is available to browse without creating an account. It presents the Frontend Risk Audit, information about the practice, illustrative audit materials and publications about frontend development and risk.
The service is offered to businesses and professional teams. Website articles and samples provide general information; they do not assess your particular systems or replace an agreed audit. Materials identified as demonstrations or examples illustrate the approach and do not represent an audit of your business.
3. Enquiries, prices and a separate service agreement
The website has no checkout or online payment facility. Sending a message requests information; it does not place an order, conclude an audit contract or oblige either party to proceed.
The Frontend Risk Audit starts at €2,000 excluding VAT. For companies with a Portuguese legal entity identification number (NIPC), the starting price is €1,500 excluding VAT. Eligibility for that rate depends on the company’s Portuguese NIPC, regardless of the language used on the website or in correspondence.
The final scope and fixed fee depend on the complexity of the proposed work and are agreed before work begins. Applicable VAT treatment is confirmed for the particular engagement. The five-business-day audit period starts only after the contractual arrangements are complete and we have received all agreed materials and access needed to begin.
If we proceed, a separate proposal and service agreement set out the scope, deliverables, price and other engagement terms. These website terms do not amend a signed client agreement.
4. Using the website responsibly
You may browse, link to and quote reasonable extracts from public pages for lawful purposes with appropriate attribution. Search, archival and AI indexing services may access public pages where they respect the site’s published robots rules and do not impair its operation.
You must not interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, overload the service, impersonate another person or unlawfully obtain personal or non-public information. Do not submit information that you have no right to share.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the website. These terms do not restrict uses or rights that the law requires us to permit.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, design, code, graphics and brand elements belong to Pending verified information, operating as bless.team, or are used under licence. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and the relevant licences.
Access to the website does not transfer ownership. For reuse beyond the permission in section 4 or an applicable licence or legal exception, contact Pending verified information. Rights in any commissioned audit report are dealt with in the separate client agreement.
6. Information, availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care over the information we publish. However, we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
General website information does not guarantee a technical, commercial or compliance outcome. Before acting on it, consider its relevance to your circumstances and obtain advice specific to your systems where needed.
We may correct or update content and temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. Responsibility for any loss is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory rights or liabilities, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Links to other websites are provided for reference. Their operators control their content and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we guarantee or endorse everything on the linked site.
7. Privacy and browser technologies
The Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data and how to contact us about privacy. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and optional analytics. Permission for analytics is separate from submitting an enquiry or reading these terms.
8. Contact and complaints
For questions about the website or to raise a concern, use Pending verified information or the contact details in section 1.
You can also access the official Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. You do not have to contact us first to use an available statutory complaint route. Data protection complaints may be made as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The current version and effective date appear above. A revision does not retroactively change an existing client contract.
